I am no computer/tech guru, so I don't know whether there are any existing sites like the one you have mentioned, and I probably couldn't help out much other than give suggestions. There are certainly many people who have certain callings or passions that could benefit from networking with others to leverage their resources and talents for God's kingdom, so if there's a site that serves this need, then it would be really useful.
