I s’pose that’s probably better than spouting some mindless aphorism that’s entirely irrelevant to my life, as most cookies do. And yet, there’s always that faint hope that the cookie will speak truth.
Today’s cookie probably spoke truth, but unfortunately that does not mean that “other cookie” exists.
Life is a swirling mix. So many good things happening; so many hard things too. And I’m trying hard to figure out what God wants for me. Okay, honestly, I’m probably not trying hard enough. So I was reminded today that I need to pray.
